 Hello and welcome to or welcome back to my blog!! So in my last blog I posted my commercial about me. In todays blog I will be telling you about my experience during the process of making the commercial. I will also be telling you all the new things I discovered and learned to use.  I mentioned this multiple times in my blog and in my commercial but I do film and edit my own YouTube videos. So I did have experience with what I used to edit, but during the process I learned new stuff about it. Normally in my videos I don’t do voice overs so it was really fun to experiment with it for my commercial. I think it might be something that I incorporate into my videos now. I was also able to explore more of the transitions that the app has. In my videos there is more abrupt cuts between clips but it make it less harsh in my commercial I tried out a bunch of different transitions. I like how they came out so that is probably something I’ll do in my YouTube videos now too. Through this I learne

 Hello and welcome to or welcome back to my blog! In my last blog I talked about my process of doing the voice over and adding text to describe the different pictures and videos. At that point I was mostly done with the entire commercial. In this blog I am going to be telling you about the finishing touches and what I did before I saved it. The first thing I did was watch the commercial just to see where I left off. It’s not a long video so that didn’t take up a lot of time. I found a couple things that I did want to fix up like the timing of the transitions. The timing of the text and tweak the timing of the pictures as well. Throughout the process of that I had to make sure that the voice over was still lining up the way I wanted it to. I then added the rest of my music. On the voice over parts I cut the clip. Then lowered the volume on those parts so that the music wouldn’t be drowning out my speaking. The last thing to do was the end credits. I had never done end credits before so

 Hello and welcome to or welcome back to my blog!! So today I picked up from where I left off last time. Which was adding my videos and cutting them down to the spot I wanted them. As well as adding some pictures on top of the videos as well. In this blog I will be telling you about what I did since that including voice over a text.  When I first opened back up my editing app I re-watched what I had so far and did a little tweaking. I then pulled out my note book and started to write what I wanted to say for my voice over. I didn’t want to voice over the whole thing so I timed how long each part I wanted a voice over would be.  I definitely knew I wanted one in the beginning or all of the pictures wouldn’t make sense. To summarize I just wrote what my name was and what the commercial was about. I didn’t want to blatantly say it’s a commercial because I didn’t want to it be to un-natural.  Hello and welcome to or welcome back to my blog!! In the previous blog I told you about how I added my pictures and what I did to cut down the time. In todays blog I am going to be telling you what I have completed since then. When school ended I went home and started to  work on the commercial. I saved the videos into my favorites folder so that they would be easier to find when I got to this point.  I first started with cheer. I selected the video of me cheering and cut it down to the part where I did my solo. After that I added a couple pictures of me cheering on top so it wouldn’t be as boring. After that I added a blank black screen. That is to help me with transitioning into the next topic. I plan to do a voice over on some of the parts so the screen would help with that too. Next, I repeated the same process, but instead of it being cheer it was my YouTube channel. On the blank screen I added a couple of my YouTube thumbnails.  Hello and welcome to or welcome back to my blog! As you guys know my name is Jahziah and in todays blog I'm going to be telling you what I've done so far with the production of my commercial. From my previous blog you know that I saved all of the pictures and videos I will be using for this project in my favorites folder. When I opened my editing app, InShot and went to select the pictures I went to the drop down to find the favorites folder. I first picked out the pictures I saved of me and added those. I think it would be easier to work section by section with both the pictures and videos. After adding the pictures in the app the video in total was 35 seconds. Since the commercial has to be short I went and cut each clip to about two seconds. Some of them I made a bit longer than the others because I really liked those. So it's not such a raw and abrupt cut between clips I looked for the transitions I could use. I didn't want the transitions to be to repetitive so I

 Hello!  Welcome to or welcome back to my blog. So in todays post I will be telling you the reasons why I chose my pictures, videos, and music. As well as how I found them. So since I was looking for content that describes me I really wanted to get at least one clip of everything that I like to do. I was hoping to do a video and a couple pictures for each thing. I take a lot of pictures on my phone so after I woke up I went into my camera roll to look for pictures. I found some of my sister and I which checked the box of my enjoying hanging out with my sister. I found some pictures of me cheering. For YouTube I decided to just use one of the my thumbnails to signify that. To make it more apparent that it was YouTube I went on safari and looked up the YouTube logo so I could save that in my phone.  Hello, welcome to my blog!      So, I first want you guys to get to know me and what I like to do. I am currently a sophomore in high school. It's very different from freshmen year but I have goals to continue to do well. In school I enjoy hanging out with friends. I am also on the cheer team which is super fun because it allows me to go to all the games and meet so many new people. Out of school I like to hang out with my little sister (whenever she actually wants to hang out with me). I love to sing. I sing all the time, it might not always sound good but I get better every day.       Another thing I enjoy is managing my YouTube channel. I film and edit my own videos. Video creating is something I have loved to do since I was a little kid. I would always pretend I was on camera and so I finally started a channel. I make lifestyle vlogs as well as hauls, tips, and tutorials. There are not many things I don't like. I guess I could say I'm kind of allergic to pineapples. It
