Hello and welcome to or welcome back to my blog! You may be wondering: I thought she finished. Well I did but the entire portion of the park scene was glitchy. I texted my friends in our group chat to see if they could re-film this one scene and we all agreed on today. Then things took a turn. First I wasn't able to find a ride to pick up the food that the kids would need to eat. I also didn't have any money because I spent most of it on the last scene. This didn't upset me too much because I could just grab some of the snacks I have at my house for them to eat. Later my mom came home but by the time she got here everyone started to show up. On our way to the park it started to rain. How about a string of bad luck. I started to get overwhelmed because this is due soon and I don't have the location from before. My sister said we could do it at the dinning room table in our house but it didn't give the same effect to me. In the end, my moms boss let us go back there a...
Hello and welcome to or welcome back to my blog! In todays blog I am going to be comparing the short film and the full length versions of 9. Short Film: The short film was really cool. At first when I noticed there weren't any words I was a little skeptical of how much I was going to like it but after catching on to what was going on I was hooked. An effect that made me a little confused was the fade between 9 running and then sitting on top of the ledge. During my first watch I thought it was a different thing but when I re-watched that part it was clarified. This short film met all the criteria of a thriller. I felt the suspense when the monster ...
Hello and welcome to or welcome back to my blog! As you guys know my name is Jahziah and in todays blog I'm going to be telling you what I've done so far with the production of my commercial. From my previous blog you know that I saved all of the pictures and videos I will be using for this project in my favorites folder. When I opened my editing app, InShot and went to select the pictures I went to the drop down to find the favorites folder. I first picked out the pictures I saved of me and added those. I think it would be easier to work section by section with both the pictures and videos. After adding the pictures in the app the video in total was 35 seconds. Since the commercial has to be short I went and cut each clip to about two seconds. Some of them I made a bit longer than the others because I really liked those. So it's not such a raw and abrupt cut between clips I looked for the transitions I could use. I didn't want the transitions to be to repetitive so I ...
